You feel like a king when you board the cruise. Room are superbly comfortable and very clean. Excellent good night sleep. The ship is very new and luxury. All thing are perfect. Many activities arranged in the cruise, didn’t feel bored at all! Something to highlight here was the warm hospitality from the cruise staffs.

We had a 2 day trip (1 night) with Doris cruise in Ha Long Bay, one of the must-sees in Northern Vietnam. It was just amazing and the staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. Customer satisfaction is on the highest priority. I would like to mention especially one of the staff, called Sam, who is just so kind, friendly and a lovely person who is higly service-minded and knows how to communicate with the guests. He told us a lot of stories about Vietnam, the way of living, about Ha Long Bay and taught us even how to fish squid. He is very talented in what he is doing and very nice to talk to. He is open-minded and has a great sense of humour. Enough about the staff, let’s focus on the logistics, activities, facilities and the food. Not much more to say than that it was excellent. Comfy small busses who took us from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, very good and fresh food (all inclusive), padling to lonely beaches on our own for those who wanted to, sunset party witj drinks, amazing lunch and dinner, local histories being told when meeting some of the local fisherman and padling together with them into the «fjords». Above all, the rooms where very spacious, sparkling clean and had private balconies. All in all: we highly recommend this trip and please get to know Sam! He is just amazing. We are still in contact and he has become a friend far away from home.
